Details: H'ersto tried to cut a deal with T'kamen in Dragonchoice, offering to have Alonth interfere with Pierdeth. When T'kamen refused, H'ersto tried to set Alonth on Epherineth during the flight instead. The ploy failed - Epherineth slashed Alonth's wing instead. Alonth's injuries were severe enough to retire him permanently from the fighting Wings, and the pair have decamped to Southern Weyr.
