Sam Hogg

Background: A creative since my youngest school days, I’ve always been an artist and writer. I found a love of fantasy literature at 13, and have never looked back. Some of my favourite books were the Pern novels, Piers Anthony’s Xanth novels and the Dragonlance sagas, and more recently, David Gemmel, Ricardo Pinto and Janny Wurt’s Wars of Light and Shadow – my favourite books of all time.

Artistically, I’m inspired by anything and everything, though my favourite artists are Brom, Vallejo, Cleavenger, Caravaggio, Velazquez and Mucha.

In my spare time I can be mostly found drawing, writing my own 600 page novel, watching American wrestling or playing videogames.
